Returns Procedure

Please Contact our customer service through online chat or hotline (852-2310 6073). You will then be provided with a return code. Please indicate the code on the parcel when you send back the package to us.

You can choose to return by the following methods:

1) Product pick-up by S.F Express at your home or work.*

2) Delivery of product to an S.F. Express store.*

3) Send the products back to Cath Kidston warehouse through other couriers. (Return shipping fees paid by customer)

Please note that no matter which return method you choose, customer are to bear $50 shipping fee for the return products.

Return through S.F Express pick-up or S.F. Express Stores only applies to order that is placed by logged in members.

Please pack and seal your return securely in an undamaged bag together with the shipping slip and order form. Indicate the return code on the shipping slip and send back us in your chosen way. Please do not use the opened original clear plastic outer packaging to return your products to avoid misplacement of products during return delivery.

Once we receive the returned products and determine that they satisfy the return conditions, we will arrange your refund as soon as possible.

Return Delivery Charge

Please note that we will charge HKD$50 return shipping fee for all return shipments, the amount will be deducted from the total refund amount of the returned order. For return package that is sent by other couriers chosen by you, the shipping will be borne customers.

Return Policy

Cath Kidston provides a full "14-day Unconditional Returns Service" after you receive and sign for your order. You can return your products purchased at CATHKIDSTON.HK for any reason or without any condition within 14 days of the receipt day. Please return your purchase together with the shipping slip or order form; otherwise we cannot process the return. Please make sure that any item you want to return must be in a condition where it can be sold again and the original package must be intact. Returns for any reason or without any condition are limited to the following circumstances:

• The product has any manufacturing defects;

• The color, design model and materials of product are not consistent with the description on the website;

• The product is purchased in the wrong size or doesn’t fit;

• There is any problem in the delivery process;

• You dislike the product;

• You purchase a wrong product;

• You receive a product flawed or with any quality defects. Such product may be returned only in accordance with the return procedure for defective products and will subject to additional limitations.

Due to hygiene concerns, we do not accept returns or perform exchanges for intimate wear/bodywears nor socks.

14-day Unconditional Returns Service

We aim to provide a satisfactory after-sales service including but not limited to accepting unconditional returns of unsatisfactory products within 14 days you have received the product(s).Please note that any item returned must be in a condition where it can be sold again, which means that the product needs to be in its original condition as sold by Cath Kidston, with no damage or stains, unused and unwashed with the original packaging and tag intact and with all parts originally included with the product.

Refund Process

• If the payment is made online using credit card, the refund will be credit back to your card account within 4-7 business days upon our receipt of the returned products. (Actual receipt date is subject to the process period of relevant bank/payment gateway.)

• If the payment is made by Cash on Delivery, you are required to provide a personal bank account number in Hong Kong for the refund. Our staff will contact you to provide assistance in this case.

• Delivery cost of the order is non-refundable. If the there is any free gift in the refund order, it must be sent together with the order for the return and refund process. If the free gift is not returned, the retail amount of the gift will be deducted from the refund amount.

• Items bought with discount coupons are returnable and the consumer is eligible for a refund (please refer to our 14-day Unconditional Return Policy). The refund is limited to the after coupon actual payment amount. A coupon cannot be reused after a purchased item is returned.
