If you are a member of Cath Kidston (Hong Kong)’s VIP rewards program, please use the same phone number to register online. Our system will recognize your VIP status and your purchase history will be recorded in the system.
Please allow 3 days for your membership status to be updated online if you have recently joined our membership program at any Cath Kidston retail stores in Hong Kong.
Cath Kidston (Hong Kong)’s VIP rewards program is only valid in Cath Kidston Hong Kong and Macau retail stores. Program discount or benefits cannot be used on online purchases.

Member Registration

To register, please go to CATHKIDSTON.HK and click the “Join Now” button at the upper right corner. Fill in your detailed information and click “Join Now”. System will then send you an activation email to the email address you have provided. Please click the link to complete your registration.
Registered users of CATHKIDSTON.HK can easily manage and track orders or save products as wish list. You can also choose to receive exclusive promotional information from Cath Kidston.

Change and Retrieve Password

If you forget your password, please click "Login", and choose "Reset your password" to enter your E-mail. You will receive an email from our system for resetting your login information.
For changing password, please click "Login" and enter your E-mail/Phone no. and password. Then go to "My Account"-->"Personal Data"--> "Change Password" to change your password, and click "Save".

- • If you need to update your personal information, please click "Login", then enter your login information. After log-in, please go to “My Account "--> "Personal Data" to update your personal information, then click "Save".
How to check my order history?

- • If you are placing the order as guest, please click “Order Status” at the upper left corner, then fill in “Order ID” and “E-mail” and click “Continue” for you order information,.
- • If you are placing the order as member, please login your account and click "Order History” under "My Account" at the upper right corner to check the status of your orders.
