<td > Self-collection:The products will be delivered to S. F. Store as you designated. You will receive an SMS notification of collection when the products are delivered to such store.
When collecting the products, please make the payment to the relevant staff. At this time, only cash will be accepted.

Online Payment

Door to door delivery:

The products will be delivered by S. F. Express to the address stated on your order information.
At this time, we can only ship the products to addresses within HKSAR.
If we cannot contact you for delivery after two attempts, the related order will be automatically canceled and your payment will be refunded to your account.

Door to door delivery:

The commercial and industrial areas of HKSAR: 3 – 5 working days. The outlying islands of HKSAR: more than 4 working days.

Once the order has been placed successfully, the system will email you a delivery date estimated depending on the shipping information you provide and the time you make the payment.

Self pick-up at S. F. Store:

The order is estimated to be delivered to S.F. Stores or CATH KIDSTON retail concept stores (except for those located in the outlying islands) around 3 – 5 working days.

You will receive an SMS notification when the order is delivered to the self-collection point. The self-collection is subject to the time as specified in SMS.
