Our ever popular party dress has been updated for our unique Care Bears collaboration. Featuring our hand-painted Believe print - where these adorable little bears play amongst florals on a navy backdrop. The dress has a full pleated skirt that falls from a fitted waistband with a bow you can tie at the front or at the back. Fully lined and finished with little buttons at the back. The perfect dress for special occasions.
